Provenance
This file was assembled from two sources that were not filed together originally: a set of internal Foundation incident notices, and a first-person audio account recovered from unrelated custody years later. The archive cannot confirm the two sources describe the same subject with certainty — the internal notices use only the designation JX-17, while the audio account never states a name at all. They are filed together because the language is close enough that treating them as unrelated would be its own kind of distortion.

FOUNDATION INTERNAL NOTICE — HIGH SENSITIVITY
Chamber protocol completed on JX-17. Exit presentation: composed,
cooperative, non-disclosive.
Caution advised. Composure has previously correlated with
concealment in this subject, not resolution.
Subject should not be considered stabilized.
Subject should be considered armed.

Note on adjacent material
A separately catalogued fragment — recovered under the working title "Swarm Logic" — appears to describe a dissociative episode from roughly the same period, and names a presence referred to only as "Him." This document does not resolve that reference. It is flagged here because the timing is suggestive, not because a connection is confirmed. internal notice, three weeks later — Incident 004-C
Incident 004-C. JX-17 demonstrated unauthorized knowledge of staff
movement patterns during a routine debrief.
No threat was made. No rule was broken. Subject cited only
observable, unclassified behavior.
This is, structurally, worse than a threat.

003 · Case Questions
Before
By this point in the record, "before" no longer refers to a time outside the Foundation. It refers to before the Chamber — a distinction the subject's own account draws explicitly, the internal notices never do.
Changed
The subject moves from being studied to demonstrating, without threat or confrontation, that she has been studying in return. Staff response to this shift is recorded as more alarmed than any prior incident in the file.
Gained
Operational leverage — the ability to predict institutional behavior as reliably as the institution once predicted hers. She uses it exactly once, in the debrief, and then to leave.
