Whoever assembled the original file did not distinguish between these formats. The archive has not corrected that. The unevenness is preserved as found.

Sleep restriction and isolation, which the observing staff expected to produce deterioration, instead correlate with shorter, more accurate responses. Emotional expression measurably decreases across the recorded interval. The subject stops asking when she can leave, then stops asking anything.

Composure under conditions designed to remove it. The staff's own notes track this as "reinforcement" and appear uncertain, by the end of the fragment, whether that word still applies.
